SAFETY VALVES
MAC Valves Inc. is pleased to announce the release of specific solutions certified according to ISO13849, IEC 61508 and IEC 61511 standards.
Valve Features:
Three valve series for 3 different flows, external pilot, air and mechanical return spring, 24 VDC. Offering low wattage for continuous mode of operation and low cycle rates. Inline or manifold versions for valves used alone and manifold version for valves used for redundancy.
Manifold Features:
One inlet, one exhaust port, and one outlet port, with ports sized to take full benefit of the valve flow. Pressure switches and internal or external pilot options.
Operating Principle:
• One valve operation: one 3/2 valve provides air to the installation and exhausts
• Two valve operation: redundancy in air supply and exhaust:
If one valve fails to exhaust, the second valve takes over
Two valves need to be energized for supplying the air to the system
Two pressure switches used in order to detect the presence of air or atmospheric pressure

- Particles: size < 40μ and maximum concentration between 5 and 10 mg/m³
- Dew point: < +3°C with anambient temperature of 20°C
- Oil concentration: < 1mg/m³
Humidity: Up to 100% relative
Outside temperature: 0 to + 50°C
Coil: Continuous duty
Voltage electrical signal: 24 VDC -15% / +10%
