The hole punch cylinder features permanent grease lubrication.
Design enhancements have more than doubled the anticipated service life of this cylinder, designed with a 1" stroke and includes a hardened steel cutter available in 7 different diameters. These cylinders are designed to punch millions of holes in thin poly material (3mil thickness or less). Can be ordered with cutter omitted, allowing customers to add their own cutter design. Hollow rod design creates an air jet to eject the cut-out slug every cycle.
New: Blue and Improved design doubles previous cylinder life, Permanent grease lubricant requires no additional lubrication during service.
Bore sizes: 32mm, 40mm, 50mm, 63mm, 80mm, 100mm.
Standard Stroke Lengths: 1-2800mm
Available in six bore sizes and multiple stroke lengths, these air cylinders are interchangeable in applications using the ISO 15552 (previously 6431) standard anywhere in the world. Standard options are available that provide application specific air cylinder selection. Customized ISO 15552 (previously 6431) cylinders with internal position feedback capabilities are also available.
Options: cushions, double ended, rod extension, high temperature sealsTwo types of pivot brackets available

Bimba Ultran® Rodless cylinders feature magnets on the carriage and piston that form a strong bond that holds them together. When the cylinder is actuated, the piston and carriage move back and forth as one unit. Common application uses for this cylinder include transferring product, feeding, opening doors, cutting, and more.
Space savings of nearly 50% in most models.
Composite self-lubricating bearings.
Carriage magnetically coupled to the piston.
Pressure rating: 100 PSI (air or hydraulic)
Temperature range: 0°F to 170°F
Bore sizes: 6mm, 8mm, 12mm, 16mm, 20mm, 25mm, 32mm
The Bimba Twin Bore cylinder is a small cross-section, double bore cylinder that provides highly accurate linear motion. These cylinders incorporate extra long piston rod bearings, resulting in high radial load capacity. Twin bore cylinders are symmetric and can be mounted from either side to allow convenient port access.Standard metric threads for ports, mounting, and rods (Specify "E" option for inch threads).
Bumpers standard on all models.
Options available for side mounting holes and shock absorbers.
Single and double end rod units are available.
Delrin® and ball bushing styles available.
